- New Website and Learner Management System (LMS): Under Construction: OTU's new website and fully featured LMS are under construction. We expect to launch our new site in December 2022.
- The Publication Ceremony: The publication ceremony is held at the Main Campus in Texas, USA. A few books on Language Learning, Laws and Literature are opened by the Chairman of the OTU last week.
